Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef stew
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
pepper
1 Stove Top stuffing
grated cheese
Preparation

Place beef, soups, mushrooms, salt and pepper in crock-pot and cook overnight (or until very tender), stirring occasionally. Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to directions and place in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Pour meat mixture over; sprinkle with cheese and cook at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
