Braised Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    wild ducks, dressed
    sherry wine
    celery salt
    curry powder
    salt and pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 celery stalk, chopped
Preparation
    Place ducks in baking pan, breasts up.
    Season each duck with 1/2 teaspoon each: celery salt, curry powder, pepper and salt. Let stand for about 1 hour.
    Add onion and celery to the pan along with 1/2-inch of water.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Turn the ducks and bake until backs are brown.
    Cover and cook for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
