Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In a bowl, beat the eggs until frothy, then beat in sugar, oil and vanilla.
Beat until it is thick and lemon colored.
Stir in all other ingredients.
Pour mixture into loaf pan generously greased with margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
