Rump Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. rump roast
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cans whole potatoes
Preparation
    Place roast in foil; put in a roasting pan.
    Put in oven at 350\u00b0.
    Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove from oven; add all other items.
    Cook for 45 minutes.
    Remove roast from pan.
    Slice very thin and return to pan with potatoes or place on platter.
    Place potatoes around roast.
    Put liquid over sliced beef.
