Jessica'S Oatmeal Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. white corn syrup
    3/4 c. quick oats
    3/4 c. flaked coconut
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    whipped topping (optional)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar and syrup; mix well.
    Add oats, coconut and butter; mix well.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
    Serve with whipped topping.
