Oklahoma Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    2 c. chopped carrots
    1 onion, chopped
    3 potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can corn, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil stew meat until brown.
    In a large stew pot, add all ingredients and water.
    Cook on medium-low heat for 2 hours or until meat falls apart and potatoes are soft.
    Serve with cornbread.
    Serves 4 to 6.
