Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
3 to 4 cans minced clams
2 Tbsp. butter
5 potatoes, peeled and diced
2 medium onions
1 c. milk
liquid from clams with enough water to make 4 c.
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. whipped cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute bacon until crisp and chop up.
Add onions and cook until tender.
Add potatoes, water, salt, pepper and flour.
Cook until tender.
Stir in clams, milk, cream and butter.
Simmer until ready to serve.
