Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. ground beef
13 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
1 Tbsp. chili peppers
1 garlic clove
Preparation

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter until tender. Add ground beef.
Cook until meat loses pink color.
Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper sauce, chili pepper and garlic. Mix well.
Simmer over low heat 3 to 4 hours.
Thin with tomato juice, if needed.
