Apple Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. presifted flour
    1 box French vanilla pudding
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    salt
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    5 tart apples, pared and diced
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Blend eggs, sugar and oil.
    Sift flour and baking soda; add pudding, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir into egg mixture and fold in apples, coconut and nuts.
    You can add about 1/2 cup milk as mixture is very thick.
    Spoon in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool and cut into squares.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
