Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can Pet milk
4 eggs
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, diced
1/4 lb. ham, thinly sliced, then diced
1/2 onion
handful green onions
salt and pepper to taste
1 pie shell
Preparation

Prebake pie shell until light brown.
Saute onions and shallots in butter.
Add ham (only to warm).
Put mixture in pie shell.
Beat eggs and Pet milk.
Add cheese and put mixture in pie shell.
Stir all ingredients in shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
