No Bake Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
1 c. sugar, divided
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
24 oz. creamed cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Mix gelatine, 3/4 cup sugar and salt thoroughly in top of double boiler.
Beat egg yolks and milk together.
Add to gelatine. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly until gelatine is dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon rind, juice and vanilla.
Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon.
While mixture is chilling, prepare Crumb Topping.
