Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork sausage
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 envelopes Lipton chicken noodle soup
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
4 1/2 c. water
1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

Fry sausage until done, breaking into small pieces.
Drain. Brown pepper, onion and celery.
Mix all ingredients in a large baking dish.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
