Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cooked sausage
    1/2 lb. sharp or mild cheese
    8 slices bread
    3-4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease a casserole dish. Trim crusts off bread and cut bread slices into cubes; place in dish. Add cheese and sausage. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top. Chill one hour or overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-35 minutes.
