Apple Nut Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz. each) pkg. Butter-Me-Not biscuits
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 medium apples
1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Separate biscuits into 20 pieces. Combine sugar and cinnamon.
Dip biscuits into melted butter, then roll in sugar mixture.
Arrange biscuits in a single layer, overlapping slightly in a deep dish pan.
Peel, core and slice apples.
Place an apple slice between each biscuit and around outer edge of pan.
Mix nuts with remaining sugar mixture and sprinkle over top.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
