Mama'S Sweet Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium sweet potatoes
    sugar to taste
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    crushed corn flakes
    large marshmallows
Preparation
    Peel, slice and boil potatoes until tender; drain.
    Add sugar, butter and vanilla flavoring.
    Mash potatoes.
    Set aside until the potatoes are cold.
    When cold, mold potatoes around individual marshmallows, covering completely.
    Roll each puff in crushed corn flakes.
    Place each puff in a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish about 1 inch apart.
    Heat in oven for about 5 minutes or until marshmallows are hot.
