Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups of uncooked rice
    1 1/2 cups of milk
    1/2 cup of salad oil
    1 cup parsley
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    1 cup green onions with tops
    1 cup of cheddar cheese (grated)
    salt and pepper
    dash of garlic
Preparation
    Chop all greens in processor. Bake rice and when done add cheese, milk, and everything else. Bake in covered casserole bowl for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
