Strogie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small porterhouse steak
3 Tbsp. oil (peanut)
3 tsp. black pepper
1 c. flour
2 c. chopped white/yellow onion
Worcestershire sauce
sour cream
Preparation

Cut porterhouse into small strips (bite sized).
Heat oil and black pepper in skillet (hot).
Toss steak pieces in flour.
Remove and shake off excess flour.
Brown in hot oil.
Reserve steak. Cool skillet slightly (add more oil or liquid, Worcestershire). Add slowly and cook chopped onion.
When onion is transparent, return steak to skillet, add a big dollop of sour cream over all and warm slightly.
