Cream Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese and add all other ingredients.
    Mix well, then put in a bowl.
    Add a sprig of parsley for a garnish, if you like.
    Keep in refrigerator.
