Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 oz. shrimp
    1 tsp. baking soda or baking powder
    1 Tbsp. oil (1/2 sesame oil and 1/2 peanut oil)
    1 Tbsp. black soy sauce
    1/2 lb. mixed peas and carrots
    3 chopped green onions
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Season shrimp in the baking soda, oil and soy sauce.
    Heat 6 tablespoons oil in wok; add shrimp.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add eggs. Cook 1/2 minute.
    Add cooked rice.
    Cook enough rice for 6. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
    Add green onions.
    Keep stirring every time you add another ingredient.
    Have rice cooked before you start the wok.
