Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 Cup sugar
    1/8 tsp. Salt
    1/3 Cup flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. Oleo, melted
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    1/2 tsp. Lemon rind
    1/4 tsp. Almond extract
    2 2/3 Cup coconut
    3 Cup flour
    2 Cup sugar
    1 tsp. Baking soda
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    2 Cup diced bananas (can use more)
    1 1/2 Cup Oil
    3 Eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
    1 8 oz. Can crushed pineapple (including juice)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together using a spoon. Grease and flour bunt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
