Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large eggs
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
    Add sugar, flour and melted oleo gradually to beaten eggs.
    Add buttermilk.
    To this mixture, add flaked coconut and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This makes 1 large or 2 small pies.
