Mixed Vegetables(No Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, cut into thin wedges
    1 c. celery, cut into thin bite size strips
    1 c. carrots, cut into thin bite size strips
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. cold water, combined with cornstarch
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine onion, celery, carrots, garlic, the 1 cup of water, bouillon granules, tarragon and pepper.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until veggies are crisp-tender.
