Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. hen or 2 large fryers
    1 or 2 stalks celery
    1 onion
    1 stick butter
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    garlic salt
    2 c. milk, at room temperature
    2 c. mushroom soup
    1 small jar pimientos
    1 small jar mushrooms
    5 c. grated cheese (reserve 1 c. to go on top)
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    When limp, add 5 tablespoons flour. Stir well and add the milk.
    When this will coat a spoon, add other ingredients, except cheese and chicken; mix well.
    Add cheese and chicken (add cheese first as it will melt better).
    Add this to spaghetti and top with reserved cheese.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until it bubbles.
