Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 small can corn, drained
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix liquids in a large (4-cup) measuring cup or bowl.
    Add to remaining ingredients.
    Mix well. Bake in a greased iron skillet for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
