Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 stick margarine
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion
1 pkg. crackers, crumbled fine
Preparation

Cook vegetables according to the directions on package until almost done.
Spoon into bottom of casserole dish.
Mix together onion, cheese and mayonnaise.
Place on top of vegetables.
Melt margarine and mix with crackers.
Place on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until it bubbles.
