Ingredients

4 oz. jar Colman's mustard
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix first five ingredients together.
Let stand for 8 hours. Beat the eggs into mixture.
Heat over low heat (preferably a double boiler) for 30 minutes.
Cook longer if it needs to thicken more.
