Veggie Burger(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked bulgur wheat, kasha or brown rice
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs
    1/4 c. pumpkin, sunflower or sesame seed
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 1/4 tsp. tamari (soy sauce)
    1/2 c. diced onions
    2 tsp. sesame oil
    3/4 tsp. coriander
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook wheat and water 15 minutes.
    Preheat broiler.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Shape into 4 equal patties.
    Broil about 5 minutes on each side until brown.
    Makes 4 servings.
