Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. vegetable oil
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    In pan, heat oil to 360\u00b0.
    In bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in water; knead dough until no longer sticky. Cover and let stand 15 minutes.
    Pull off 2-inch balls.
    On a lightly floured surface, roll each until in a circle shape (1/4-inch thick).
    Pierce circles several times.
    Deep fry 2 or 3 at a time (cook 1 to 2 minutes).
