Italian Mostaccioli(Hot Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. link Italian sausage, sliced 1/2-inch pieces
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 (26 oz.) jars your favorite pasta sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (1 lb.) pkg. mostaccioli, cooked and drained
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

In large saucepan, brown sausage; pour off fat.
Add onion and green pepper.
Cook and stir until tender.
Add pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Bring to full boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Toss hot cooked mostaccioli with oil to coat (prevents sticking together).
Serve with the meat sauce.
