Cheese Straws(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    yolks of 2 eggs
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    cayenne and salt to taste
Preparation
    Rub butter into the flour.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly and blend with eggs.
    Knead lightly.
    Roll pastry 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut into strips, 2 1/2 x 1/4-inch.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
