Hamburger Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
oil
4 c. frozen southern-style hash browns
2 medium green peppers, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
Preparation

In large skillet, slowly brown beef.
With slotted spoon, remove beef; set aside.
Add enough oil to make 3 tablespoons. Add potatoes, onions and green pepper.
Cook until onions and potatoes are almost tender.
Stir in meat, salt, sugar and pepper. Heat until vegetables are tender.
