Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    7 qt. popped corn
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Boil first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes. Add soda.
    Stir well. Pour over popped corn and coat evenly.
    Spread on 2 cookie sheets. Bake in oven at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Separate into pieces while still warm.
    Store in airtight containers.
