John'S Favorite Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 to 1 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 small onion
    3 tsp. butter
    shredded Cheddar and Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add soup and milk; blend well.
    Put rice in bottom of dish; cover with soup mixture and spread broccoli on top.
    Cover with shredded Cheddar and Swiss cheese.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until bubbly and brown on top.
