Yellow Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted cake flour
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. whole milk
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs (unbeaten)
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend first 6 ingredients by hand or mixer. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Blend with mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into two 9-inch layer pans that have been rubbed with Crisco and lightly floured. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
