Dad'S Potato Salad(Lawrence Wangler) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Idaho potatoes (enough to fill kettle)
    2 medium onions, diced very, very small
    1 green onion (greens only), sliced very, very, small (green onions are optional)
    sweet pickle relish (enough to taste), drain liquid off the relish
    Hellmann's mayonnaise (use 1 qt. jar: have to use at least 1/2 to 3/4 jar or to your taste)
    1 1/2 doz. eggs, boiled
Preparation
    Boil eggs (do not let eggs overboil) and cool immediately. Peel.
    (Eggs have a rubber taste if they are overcooked and ruin the taste of the potato salad.)
