Lemon Sponge Pie Or Baking Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    yolks of 2 eggs
    juice of 1 lemon or 1/4 c.
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    whites of 2 eggs
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar well.
    Add lemon juice and rind, egg yolks and flour.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Gradually add milk.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add to lemon mixture.
    Pour in greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serve slightly cooled or room temperature.
