Crabcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crabmeat, flaked
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    milk (just enough to hold everything together)
    dash of Tabasco sauce (if desired)
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Shape into round cakes about 1-inch thick. Coat with bread crumbs and deep fry (or broil) to golden brown.
