Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini (unpeeled)
    1 grated or chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 cube oleo
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. bag seasoned bread cubes (stuffing mix)
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Spray with Pam.
    Bake until bubbly at 350\u00b0. Also can add shredded Cheddar cheese on top last 5 minutes.
