Ingredients
    chicken parts
    broccoli
    Success boil-a-bag rice
Preparation
    Season chicken parts with Mrs. Dash salt free seasoning. Place in a baking dish.
    Add a little water.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until well cooked.
    Place Success boil-a-bag in boiling water for 10 minutes (no butter).
    Steam broccoli to desired tenderness.
