Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    5 stalks celery
    1 large grated carrot
    1 chopped onion
    1 pkg. French-style green beans
    rice (2 c. measured before cooking)
    2 c. diced ham
    2 scrambled eggs
    season to taste
Preparation
    In an electric skillet, cook vegetables in margarine until crisp.
    Add rice, ham and scrambled eggs.
    Stir until heated. Season with salt, pepper and Accent.
