Peppered Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

steak, cut in 1-inch strips
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. water
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 to 3 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 green peppers, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, cut up
Preparation
-
Brown steak in salad oil.
Stir in water, onion, garlic salt and ginger.
Bring to boil.
Simmer 15 minutes.
The last 5 minutes, add green peppers.
