Betty'S Frosted Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks lite margarine
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place flour and sugar in mixing bowl.
    Melt margarine, cocoa and water over medium heat until it bubbles or boils just a little.
    Mix together the skim milk, lemon juice, eggs, baking soda and vanilla.
    Mix flour mixture and margarine-cocoa mixture. Add other mixture to chocolate mixture (will be thin).
    Spray a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with Pam.
    Pour in brownies; bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
