The Best Scratch Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 to 2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place all in bowl; stir.
    Use the milk to make a batter thin enough to pour.
    Heat skillet to 350\u00b0 (electric skillet best). Melt 1/4 slice margarine in hot skillet, then pour in 1/2 cup batter to make large pancake.
    (Big spoon size nice about 4 to regular skillet.)
    Watch as bubbles form, then turn.
    Brown well on both sides.
