Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice bacon, cooked until crisp
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. minced celery
    4 medium potatoes
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery until well cooked.
    Simmer first 5 ingredients for 10 minutes.
    Blend well in blender.
    Add milk, salt and pepper to taste and reheat for about 10 minutes.
    Serves 4.
