Egg-Sausage Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 slices bread, trimmed
    8 eggs
    3/4 Tbsp. pepper
    3/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 roll sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Put slices of bread in greased casserole.
    Pour eggs, milk, pepper and mustard over bread.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Saute sausage, onion and mushrooms.
    Bake eggs and bread at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Add sausage.
    Layer cheeses and chips.
    Bake 30 minutes more.
    Pass the picante.
