Chocolate Eclair Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. milk
    2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
    3 c. milk
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    graham crackers
Preparation
    Mix cocoa and sugar together in pan.
    Add vanilla, butter and 1/4 cup milk and boil 1 minute.
    Set aside to cool.
    Beat pudding and 3 cups milk until pudding begins to thicken.
    Add Cool Whip. In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer graham crackers, pudding mixture, crackers, pudding mixture and crackers.
    Pour icing over top. Refrigerate.
    Serves 10 to 12.
