Lemon Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
    3 level Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water (boiling)
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, lemon rind and cornstarch.
    Beat in egg yolks.
    Add to boiling water.
    Bring to boil; boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Pour into pie shell and top with beaten egg whites.
