Blueberry Chicken Or Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boned chicken breasts
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. blueberry vinegar
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. heavy cream or canned milk
Preparation
    Cut chicken into chicken fingers.
    Brown in oil.
    Add vinegar and broth, cook 15 to 20 minutes, until done, uncovered.
    Make sauce with cream and flour.
    Add to chicken; cook until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    May garnish with berries.
