Monkey Bread - cooking recipe

1/2 stick butter
2 tubes refrigerator biscuits
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place the Monkey Pot on a pie pan to catch any excess drip.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Brush the interior of the mold well with the butter*.
Open refrigerator biscuits and dip the biscuits individually in the butter and layer them into the pot, taking care to see that each layer alternates over the last.
Bake for 15 minutes, then cover with foil and continue to bake for an additional 30 minutes or until done.
Tap the top; it will sound hollow when done.
Invert the mold onto a plate and serve piping hot.
