Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    butter
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 c. light cream (or milk)
    paprika
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown onion in butter until golden.
    Mix with remaining ingredients until blended.
    Roll into balls. Brown in same skillet.
    When all are browned add a small amount of hot water to skillet to loosen drippings.
    Return meatballs to skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.
